• consulting and customer service related to claims
• planning for damages
• preventive measures and risk assessments
• follow-up and collaboration with our service providers

Education and qualification requirements

• vocational education and/or further education relevant to the job
• good computer skills
• strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
• positive mindset, good adaptability, and ability to work independently
• proficiency in Icelandic and English
