We are seeking an individual for the position of Specialist in Motor Vehicle Liability Claims. This is a challenging role within a cohesive team dedicated to providing customers with outstanding service.

Tasks and responsibilities

• advising and providing services to customers regarding motor vehicle damages
• reviewing damage reports and incidents based on documentation
• collecting data related to claims
• determining liability in cases and following up on outcomes

Education and qualification requirements

• university education relevant to the position
• strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
• positive attitude, good adaptability, and ability to work independently
• proficiency in Icelandic and English, and good computer skills
• experience in claims processing is an advantage but not a requirement
