We are looking for a positive and dynamic software specialist to join our web team. We offer an exciting role that involves participation in diverse projects in the field of software development and IT systems operations

At Sjóvá’s IT department, a strong and cohesive team works on a variety of IT projects and software development, all aimed at enhancing our customers’ service experience. Information technology plays a significant role in the company’s strategic initiatives, making this an exciting time to join. The IT department follows Agile methodology, utilizing either Scrum or Kanban for software development.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Design, analysis, development, and maintenance of APIs and web solutions
• System integration with focus on APIs
• Data utilization in solutions
• Participation in cross-functional digital projects

Education and qualification requirements

• University degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 3 years of programming experience
• Experience in .Net development
• Experience in .Net development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge and experience with Azure cloud solutions is an advantage
